State of the Environment 2015

Eastern Spinebill – found in eastern Australia’s dry sclerophyll forests, scrub and heathlands from Cooktown to Tasmania. It is the smallest honeyeater and is commonly seen darting from shrub to shrub in the suburbs of Canberra. This species is not considered to be endangered or threatened. Photo: Leo Berzins
